Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days after dispatch. The shipping fee is £12.95.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over £50, we offer free shipping via EMS. The estimated delivery time is 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Regions

We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and Asia. Please check our website for specific exclusions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must initiate the return or exchange process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bike Inner Tubes (once opened or used)
  • Bike Chain Lubes and Cleaners (once opened or used)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions.

Refund Process

Exchanges
